The car’s original paint is BMW Personalized Laguna Seca Blue, which is in excellent condition under the wrap and can be removed if desired. I designed the wrap to seamlessly blend with the original LSB, creating a unique and stunning visual experience.
This car was built and meticulously crafted to emulate the BMW F8x GT4, with even more power! Tuned by the renowned Jeff Payne of Payne Performance, on E85, it dynos at 613 WHP and 669 torque. Weighing in at 3570#, it's classified by NASA as a TT1 or ST1 car. On 93 or 100 octanes, it's likely to be classified as ST2. This car is a performance powerhouse that will leave you in awe.
Missile Works in Golden, Colorado, meticulously built and maintained the car. For the past few years, Mark Bear, an accomplished racer and owner of SCR Performance, has overseen the setup and maintenance. All service records, a complete list of build components, and build photos are available. All spare wheels, tires, and parts are part of the package.
Randy Pobst drove this car for the Morgan Adams Foundation fundraiser in 2023. That weekend, along with others, the foundation raised over $209K. Check out the attached video.
NASA National Championship driver Dan Williams recently drove this car at Pueblo Motor Sports Park. He finished first in TT1 with a time of 1:33. In July, Dan drove at High Plains Raceway, where he again finished first in TT1 with a time of 1:53. Both outstanding track and class times!
Fluids have been changed after every three outings. Most recently, in August 2024, the car underwent primary service, including Motul 300v Competition Oil. Performance Friction 331 Racing pads, 25mm, and alignment. Brake fluid service, Motul RBF 660. SCR Performance, Loveland, CO., professionally managed the car from 2023 to date.
