Background
We purchased the coach in June 2023. Shortly after, roof leaks were identified that revealed water damage. Because of a mold allergy, we chose to fully gut the interior and address everything properly rather than patch over it.
The roof has since been replaced, all affected materials were removed, and the structure is now clean and solid.
We are currently continuing work on the build and expect to have it completed within the next month or so.
However currently, it is still at a stage where a buyer can step in and finish it to their own specifications.
