I am listing my E46 M3 race car to move into a Porsche Cup Car. I will entertain trades (plus cash if appropriate) for the right 997/991 cup car.
The E46 was built by Fall-Line and Orbit Racing and maintained by Orbit Racing, a preeminent race shop in the US. The build and maintenance was always done at absolutely no expense spared. I invite you to call Shawn at Orbit to discuss the car, its build, and maintenance history. I regularly hear that this may be the nicest E46 M3 race car in the country. The car is a 2002 Imola Red, slick top, 6-speed manual car with 60k original miles. 2800 lbs dry/350 whp.
It is a reliable, fully sorted, highly competitive, podium car. Strong and healthy motor. No issues. It is 100% turn key and ready to race–truly, needs nothing. There are certainly cheaper E46 builds out there. However, if you want to maximize seat time and minimize being sidelined and chasing mechanical issues, this is as good as it gets for an E46 race car. I have more than double the asking price into this car. The only thing I can think of that it doesn’t have is a digital dash—because I prefer the analog tach. The basic info includes:
– Fall-Line cage
– Brembo GT brakes, 4 corners
– Brand new JRZ RS-Pro 3-way Remote Reservoir Suspension (custom spec’ed for the car by Anze Suspension, two weekends on them)
– Full Aero (I hired professional aero consultants who designed/advised on the aero on the car)
– Bimmerworld CSL airbox with Epic Alpha N Tune, personally tuned by Randy Mueller, owner of Epic
– Carbon Fiber dash
– Aim data and Smarty Cam
– Chillout and Motorola Radio (negotiable)
– All Fire, seat, belts, and netting are within expiration dates
– Three sets of wheels, spare pads, rotors, etc.
– Many, many other parts and set up like fuel starvation kit, etc., that are not listed, but I can provide documentation for.
