Hi, this 2003 Acura RSX Type S Comptech A-Spec edition with 34,164 miles was salvaged at the end of 2007 and for many years was kept in the garage and then kept under a cover in the driveway, I also am the original and only owner
Every single thing on the car mechanically works perfectly to my knowledge along with everything electronic, including everything in the interior, also the moonroof everything works perfectly
The only parts that have been added after original purchase from Acura dealership is the AEM V2 intake system and Nology Hot Wire ignition system, slotted and drilled brakes and TODA racing clutch and flywheel. The Comptech headers, Comptech exhaust and Comptech suspension all came on the car when originally purchased
The engine has never been messed with in any kind of way other than the ignition wires and the intake being added, so the engine has never been opened and has never been touched or worked on internally whatsoever
The TODA racing clutch, and flywheel that are installed currently do not have many miles on them since they were installed only a few months before the accident. I have the receipt shown in the images from club RSX of the TODA racing clutch and flywheel which were installed by the Acura dealership Acura of Orange Park Florida, where the car was purchased originally
Has a brand new just installed JC Whitney but if I’m remembering correctly a Delphi fuel pump since JC Whitney parts are usually top tier name brand stuff, can’t guarantee it was a Delphi, but I’m pretty sure that it was, either way a quality one if not
I have all body parts, even though damaged, including the wing, all A-spec pieces, absolutely everything. I know this doesn’t matter much now but this was a A-Spec Type S straight from Japan with the kit factory installed originally
After the first few oil changes done at the dealership, the car has only been run on royal purple oil every time with K&N or royal purple oil filters every few thousand miles, I don’t have paperwork on the oil changes, since I did them myself in the garage
I also made a video above showing the car starting up and running and also driving I am only allowed 100 MB video
This car is a absolute great project either to fix back up or to be the heart of an amazing new project that has been waiting for 20 years to be fully alive again on the road
