I have a (well, a few) wings that are 14" cord by 72" wide. Perfect for road racing. This wing is clear carbon fiber and is new. I had several of these made from a mold I had created. However, they are not of the quality that I am looking for. They are nice, but not perfect. There is a bit of wavyness to the surface that I did not want.
This wing does not have the mounts attached, so they can be placed wherever you would like them. We do not do that, but it is not hard. I can suggest an epoxy to use as well as spread blind rivets. I can also provide the hole pattern for the upright to go along with the mount.
OR, you can create your own mounts.
