Advertised sale price is for the trailer only, unless stated otherwise, with payments made by cash, check (personal, business, certified) or ACH payment. Debit/Credit cards are accepted with a fee of 3%. At time of purchase Sales Tax will be calculated and added in accordance with the WI State Law.
When APPLICABLE Registration/Titling/Service Fee/Destination Fee will be added to the purchase agreement. A destination fee applies to certain trailer manufacturer brands and custom-order trailers.
Trailer requirements for Registration/Titling/License/Service Fee in WI
In accordance with the Wisconsin State Law, a trailer over 3,000 lb. GVWR is required to be registered. Registration/License cost is dependent on the trailer’s GVWR and the month in which it is registered. Titling cost is $214.50, plate issuance fee is $6, and a service fee of $179 which is a fee for dealer document processing, this fee is not negotiable.
Customers do not need to register a trailer at time of purchase with the dealership. Customers may choose to register the trailer independently with the appropriate state motor vehicle agency, subject to all applicable laws, regulations, fees, and registration deadlines.
