exchange
Ash, not certain but I think that is an india/pakistan overseas exchange. Probably a call routing center.
My office line has a number display and I have seen the 099 prefix before, when they have rolled to voice mail, the message is usually with a middle eastern accent.
I would guess a cheap outsoiurce for a "business" centered in the States.
And of course I could be entirely wrong

I have some expierence with international buisness where I work... some of my dealers are overseas. The number has a "099" country code. That is an Island in the Carribean called "Martinique".... to dail it properly, you would have to dail "011" then "099" then the rest of the numbers. If that does not work, dial 011 then "99" (delete the zero). Ether way, it is a hell of a long way from Iowa!! Lol!! Scooter
