name and address should be given. a RJ member or others in his/her area might be able to help. a local , if wanting to donate their time , might be able to take to small claims court if give the power of atty. for that case. just an idea , i don't know the legal end , check with the court if it can be done. if this could work, setting a network up to make the crooks pay, would put a dent in their ways

What company and location. Some on here know me some don't and some wish they never did Anyone who knows about the yellow bus gang knows that the guy who bought the motor got his money back when all looked lost.

Info from DAk is pretty good. And yes if you sent a postal money order it is better for you especially across state lines.
The main thing is to file a police report and request proper doc's from his local coyrt house to file a civil case against him. Does not cost very much to file in most states. usually between 50 to 100 bucks.
Find out what forums hes on and professionally badger his ass.

An overlay is the front portion of the dash that is woodgrain or silver in appearance on the 1970 Javelin. Good news, It came today after putting some of the advised pressure on that I recieved from you guys. Thank you very much. Only thing was, it wasn't packaged very well and is damaged. He says he will send me another. One of those "Wait and see" Nearly 5 weeks!!!
