I didn't read this thread for a long time, but had to after it went 5 pages. I've since gone back and read the entire thread.

Again you guys are spot on with this one. There was no money exchanged , no scam intended and no reason to say seller was a scammer. Nothing wrong with making a trade/ purchase / then selling the item for a profit. Plenty of guys buy and sell all kinds of parts / cars / trucks to get other things they want.

In this case potential buyer didn't get what he wanted so he starts a scammer thread then tries to sling legal crap to us. Didn't work out very well did it?

IF THE SELLER TOOK A DEPOSIT AND DID NOT DELIVER THE ITEM OR WOULD NOT GIVE BACK THE DEPOSIT THEN WE WOULD HAVE A SCAM.

That did not happen so this one is closed.

AMEN!

Amen to Wabb & Lively, Harb Wazup, etc....

A "Deposit" is intended to weed out flakes, scammers, etc... nothing wrong with that either. This dude was butt-hurt. It is sad that a man's reputation is publicly questioned over another incompetence. NOT HERE.... we have each others backs.

jass10, welcome to the forum. lol . You'll find that the RJ crew is a good group. It doesn't matter if it's a stranger or not we will get to the bottom of the mess and will ALWAYS find out BOTH SIDES OF A STORY.

However, if it's proven to be a scam it's hell when the boys and especially Scorpion gets a hold to 'em.
We have no mercy for scammers.

Glad to here you are back so if "junky the law man/ preacher" comes back you can defend yourself and send him running with his tail between his legs.

Its sad when someone dont get there way that they have to bash another person rep. Good luck and happy turkey day.
