One more thing before we put this whole bad deal, whining, crying, Jesus fest behind us. Why do you keep bring up Utah state laws? You dont live in Utah, Jay doesnt live in Utah and the guy he traded with is in Colorado :?: :roll:

Your not looking at the facts. So go watch Law and Order or Csi Miami and then when you think you know about the law let me know and what is write and wrong you let me know.
So if this is all ok I will own another 300 cars in the next 4 years easily so everyone that thinks its ok to take a deposit on a car that you do not own yet just give me a $500 deposit and I will let you know when the deals are done. So who owes me $150,000 worth of deposits?

So lets see, YOU knew that Jay was trading for a car that YOU wanted from YOUR buddy, YOU contacted Jay knowing that he was not in possession of the car but YOU wanted to buy it as a roller (no where in any of those emails do I see where Jay offered the car as a roller, YOU asked to buy it that way), when Jay said he wanted a deposit to pull the engine (in the car he does now possess) YOU stomped your feet up and down and came over here calling him a scammer and quoting so called "laws" from a state that nobody involved in any of the "almost" transactions live in. So I think YOU owe Jay an apology for calling him a scammer when he scammed nobody!
Give it up father, you just keep digging your own hole a little deeper every time you stand on your soapbox and give a sermon.

ANYTIME a person chimes in here for the FIRST TIME throwing around they are Navy Seal, Special Ops Retired butt-ranger, attorney/lawyer, ex-super cop, former Miss America, whatever..... what inevitably ensues that they ALREADY KNOW IT ALL & if you disagree, YOU ARE WRONG.
