I just want to make a couple of comments on behalf of Fastrack and Team Spirit. The pictures that he has posted are not of a Team Spirit trailer, each picture can be proven not be from the trailer that he picked up at Fastrack. We went out of our way for this man and his family, entertained his children and provided a private area for his father to take breathing treatments. Our trailer specialist in the garage stayed and worked overtime, without charging the company, to get all the extras that he asked for after arriving and deciding he wanted installed so they could make their trip back home in time. This has gone way past expressing his dissatisfaction, it has become threatening and defamatory. We have recorded 4 attempts to call him, with no answer or attempt to return our calls, we wash our hands of this deal. Thank you to those of you who can look past this and still consider doing business with us.

That trailer looks like something the scrap yard put together. I doubt he really got on here and posted pictures of someone elses trailer. On this deal I am on his side, do you really think he wants to answer his phone after all this to talk to you ? Like he said its a done deal he has paid people that know what they are doing to fix it and fix it right so why would be bother with you ? I sure wouldnt seemed like a waste of time the first time. I've seen Team Spirit trailers before and I am not impressed of the low quality of them. If I came to pick up that trailer and it looked like I wouldnt of took it and I will say it is his fault for even taking it !

I am un Happy with my experience with Fastrack & with my 30 ft Team Spirit Trailer. I think both are of very poor quality. I would not recommend them.

My dad has a Team Spirit, Not from fastract but from Proline. It's a very nice trailer for it's price and he has had no problems with it. I may buy one too.

I beg to differ on that one. I've seen lots of trailers be it Haulmark or Pace that have flaws. I've got a 07 Haulmark now that the side door is about to fall off of. All the big volume manufacturers are so concerned with price that quality goes out the window. Some of my friends have Team Spirits and they are doing them a good job. I guess you can get a bad one with any of them.

i know when we went looking for a new trailer.i was shocked at the poor quality.so we bought a 96 dominator classic 32' bumper pull for 5000.00 it was not brand new.it had some drunk bumps and scuffs.but we put maybe 1500.00 more in it.and now have a very nice well built trailer.that i have never had an issue with.so it may be better to buy old. to get better quality.and just fix it up inside..just my 2 cents worth

I have sat here for a few days watching what everyone has to say about Team Spirit Trailers and Fastrack. The ones that have supported TS Trailers and FT thank you.

I cannot believe that this is still going on. WHY in the world are you still going on about this after you and I had a conversation (emailed) about this. Should I post our conversation? Nice thing about your pictures you don't show the whole trailer. The side door where there are gaps - use the barlock - that is what it is there for. The screw you are showing where it is all chipped was not like that. The gap at the bottom of the ramp door fix the door seal that has come loose (it is cold outside the glue and tape have a reaction from the cold - all of it does) The screw with the bit (human oversight). Sorry every human makes a mistake. Now it would be nice if you could more on to something else. If you wanted something perfect don't have a human make it.

Team Spirit Trailers makes a good trailer - trust me I know I sell them. We stand behind our product. But guess what you didn't contact us. Did you? Oh, excuse me - I am wrong you did but several days after you started posting. FT tried to contact you after we found out about the post. You posted all this without even trying to contact anybody. TS Trailer and FT were never given the opportunity to stand behind our product.

Thank you,
Amy
