Default can you appoint someone to represent you in another state?

I was wondering. If someone steals from you. Can you be represented by someone in his area, not nessecary a lawyer. But maybe someone of the site or someone you know in that area?

The number you are going to call Is Steve Ramage,he is the same deal, just changed the name,he thinks he is hiding on you guys and taking your hard earned money, then selling it again to another innocent victim

The guy is a real piece of work,Call the local Police on him he is in Bohemia New York

Or do a seach on the net for the county sherrif or assistant attorney general in that area,I am sure they can give you good sound advice,Even get your money back

UTE351 he is on his own now

I have messaged him asking an update and he don't have time because he is being stringed along with broken promises. All UTE351 has time to do is post smiley faces and keep getting stringed along,by his excuses, collect pictures and play telephone tag with Steve,atta-boy Steve your on a roll now, maybe UTE351 will just forget about his 14,500 Send the man his Engine and Parts, never mind teasing him with pictures,Your a real Pro Steve

I haven't got time to play games with people, and I don't have time for crooks.and Steve seems to be fitting the bill at the moment, but some have gotten their money out of him,I can say that,But don't let him Bully you, cause he is a cronic liar, and believes he does no wrong, I bet he is not selling to the boys in New York this way, they'd have his nuts up around a tree branch in the park

Default scammer Steve Ramage

Since he states that he s a NOS dealer has anyone contacted them? Would be easy for them to drop him if they had the correct facts.

Default another thought

Whoever got scammed by this guy could give someone in the scammers area "Limited Power of attorney” to act in his behalf. They could file a claim against him in the courts. BUT the person selected MUST be trustworthy for all the obvious reasons...

Default dealings

I just wanted to let all you guy's know about Ute.
This don't really pertain to this thread but then again in a way it does
My name is Ron owens
From Ron owens racing
Ute called me about parts for his race car and ended up placing a fairly large order.
Well let me say this man handles business like it should be handled
He is a very understanding guy and knows how much effort and time it takes to send orders over sea's
I wish there was a lot more like him i sent him copies of the airway bills witch he told me i didn't have to do but just thought it was the right thing to do he could see his parts was on there way to him.
This whole trans action went smooth for us both .
I look forward to doing more business with him. great guy.
