But just to point out again- By your own admission and in your own words you sweep the paypal account every day.

By your own admission and in your own words you didnt ship the 4 boxes.

The only reason you didnt fall for the chargeback scam, is that you took the money and didnt ship.

And thats why you are paying Paypal back.

Your words and your posts all add up. And thats why you need to give discounts to the YB Guys- gotta save business somehow.

Would you buy from someone who took your money immediately but didnt ship promptly?

Your definitely entitled to your opinion. In my opinion, you not looking at the whole picture. It's easy for you to set there and say that both myself and twinfogger are both dishonest, but that fact of the matter is, I did my part in supplying everyone that has been involved in this thread proof that he was going to scam me. I'm not going to make excuses for what happened, but I personally had a very rough time last year. It all started right about the time this crap happened. Whether it was myself or someone else that withdrew the money from paypal, is irrelevent. It was common practice. This whole transaction was done just prior to a weekend. I decided not to ship the boxes and that's all. If I had shipped the boxes, I would have been out the parts and the money for the parts. I am always open to suggestions and am willing to listen to about anything. I am listening to what you are saying and will take it in stride. As far as the discounts to YB, I did that because someone had mentioned it in the thread, not to try and please someone else. I will take the criticism as constructive criticism and try and build on it. Thank you for you honesty.

Yes you would have been out the parts and the amount when he hit you with the chargeback.

The point is you should have sent the boxes or the money back.

If you conducted yourself in a timely and professional manner- you'd actually be the vitim of a scam. However you lowered yourself to Fogger's level and went unharmed.

Facts are facts and your posts support exactly what I am saying- Your words not mine Dwight.

You neither shipped the boxes nor refunded his money- is that the right way to handle?

Honestly- forgetting that he intended to scam you, do you make that choice with your other customers?

There is not one person on this site or anywhere else who would deal with you knowing thats how you conduct business.

You receive money you ship parts, else you send money back. You dont keep parts and keep money AND that is exactly what you did.

Again, your entitled to you opinion and again, I will take it as constructive criticism. I can appreciate where your coming from. I do not make it a habbit of taking money for parts and then not shipping them. In this instance, I chose not to ship the parts. Could it have been handled different, proabably. I get your point and would like to move on with this. If you choose not to do business with me, then that's your choice. I have hundreds of satisfied customers and probably a few that were not so satisfied. I will continue to work on that.

I understand that you will always post behind me, attempting to "clarify" and state your side. You are astute enough that you want your words to be the last that the customer or potential customer reads or hears. I understand that-

The point is this- I am not stating opinions here, I am just laying out the information that you posted.

You took his money, swept it out of paypal and didnt send the boxes nor refund his payment- This is what you shared.

And the nonsense about him getting refunded by his credit card was just spin- its irrelevant. Your transaction was with Paypal.

Either you send parts or send refund- You did neither and thats not opinion, thats fact based on your own posts.

So rather than trying to spin this- why not just say what you already said in a bunch of posts- "I didnt send parts and I didnt send refund".

Then you apologize and say it wont happen again.

America loves repentants but hates spin doctors.

Now go ahead and post again and try to spin this so you look good- the thing that is sadly funny is that it just makes you look bad; and keeps this thread bubbling to the top.

When you figure that out- then you will be starting to get your business in order.
