Just doing a little research on how to find this person. I've learned he is also a member of nastyz28.com also using sexytransam as his screen name. Somewhere I saw his last name is hash but I can't find that again. I don't rememebr where I saw it but I did. Then I found a myspace page I think it is his. http://www.myspace.com/kylehash This should give me some people to contact that may know him but I'm not real sure how I should approach them.

Since you paid thru paypal don't wait more than 20 days, after 20 days file a complaint with paypal. If you go beyond 30 days it's too late.

i talked to the buyer tonight on the phone. the way paypal dealt with that and another order i had made was very srtange and took me a lil bit to fig out happened. but the deck lid is goin out tomorrow.

Not to be cynical but, have we ever heard that before? "Its goin out tomorrow".

Buyer I suggest you get shipping confirmations and if you dont get them, then file with paypal now. You only have a fixed period for a claim and you can always retract once you get your stuff.

If the seller is ticked he can blame himself for not responding to prior calls and emails.

Camaro540- do not be a nice guy on this anymore, promises and excuses seem to be pretty worthless these days (Ask Littlerod, Mike2124, Freddie Gendall, Ramage, Gaylord Dick and so on).

I called his home last night thanks to the phone number I got from whitpages.com (thanks for that tip). He also told me he had a problem getting the money from paypal. He did say the trunk lid will be shipped out today. As of 6:29 pm my time I have not recieved the tracking number or a message from him. I will wait until monday before contacting paypal. I will give him the weekend to get me a tracking number. After that I'm calling it off and will go after my money. Thanks for all ya'lls help. I don't think I would have thought to look for him online like I did if I haden't read comments and suggestions from this post and others that I have read. Thanks again, Mark

If he calls you with a tracking # as soon as he ships it, it may not show up yet. It usually takes a hr or two for tracking #'s to show on the web.
