There is not a lot of time on that motor, the front seal on the timing cover was leaking and the power steering pump blew a hose..
The motor is in good shape!!

On a sidenote I would definatelty tear that thing apart down to bare block and check it all out and install new bearings,rings,possibly valvesprings,etc.
Just by looking at it that engine has ALOT of runtime on it to be that cruddy.
