After a long debate with the Governor of Virginia and with Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli acting as go between, Bob Marshall finally refused to accept amendments from the Governor that would have weakened the bill.

But the Governor was facing an override and capitulated by only offering amendments acceptable to Marshall.

Virginia now becomes the first state in the union with an official policy refusing to cooperate with Obama and the traitor Republicans (like Frank Wolf, Eric Cantor, and Rob Wittman) who voted to suspend Habeas Corpus and throw Americans in jail without a trial or a lawyer.
