My power bill use to average $125. (the only reason it's that high is because of june, july and august. If not for those hot months it would have avearge well under $100.
I insulated my attic last year and with the mild weather I bet this year will average less than $100.
My house is small at only 1,400sf (NO shade) and it's just me and the dog so that helps a bunch too.
