and paypal rules almost entirely with the buyer if they say you sold them junk or some lame excuse they make up----then you get to lose your parts[they will not return them ] and you will lose your money out of your account---had it done to me and then MY PARTS WERE FOR SALE AGAIN ON THEIR SITE- :evil:
