I know nothing of this deal, but I must say..........I find it nearly unbelievable that a packing/shipping company would return the slicks and just leave them on the porch because you didn't pay them enough. What about the $50 you gave them? Did they tape it to a slick? Did they just keep it for bringing them back?
Has the m.o. been cashed? Anyone can send an empty envelope to obtain a tracking number.
