Again, your entitled to you opinion and again, I will take it as constructive criticism. I can appreciate where your coming from. I do not make it a habbit of taking money for parts and then not shipping them. In this instance, I chose not to ship the parts. Could it have been handled different, proabably. I get your point and would like to move on with this. If you choose not to do business with me, then that's your choice. I have hundreds of satisfied customers and probably a few that were not so satisfied. I will continue to work on that.
