Your debit card works just like a regular cc. You can dispute payments with it the same way. I know your lying about not disputing the first charges because the card was tied to an apartment address. It was disputed as soon as you recieved the parts, but I'm not even going to dwell on that. If you give me a little time here, I will have an answer from PayPal.
