Anyways, how hard is it to know if you have a 4spd or a 3psd??? Take a little time to dry-shift it once to discover what it is. Quit blaming other people for the way you misrepresented this deal... buyers do not care about that. You indeed had the truck for sale right???? So don't whine about Dan buying it... you act is if you were annoyed that he bought it from you!! Here's an idea.... if you can't take 100.00 less, DON"T TAKE IT. Then don't come on here and whine about that too. Give me a break... admit you were negligent & that you made a mistake!!! This is your responsibility.... it is not Dan's fault that you misrepresented the truck.
Rigsby, with all due respect the same advice can be given to the buyer...He was looking at the truck in person...how hard is it to dry shift it? The cracked block is another story but still when you inspect something in person you have to look at it good....I am not saying it is ok to knowingly sell a junk block...but buying in person is different than buying on ebay. sorry that's how I see it. Now if the block was supposed to be good and the seller knew it was cracked then shame on him and that is a bit different.
