There isn't anything Obama can do about it I don't think...I heard an "expert" on the radio this morning...he said they have contracts and they are obligated to pay them...and not only that...but if they withold the bonus that's in their contract,they could be forced to pay double. According to this guy the case law supports this and he talked about another case awhile back that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the person recieving the bonus.
or some sh*t like that.
