Well Thanks for the info and advice i did phone the liverpool police station and they quickly directed me to the sherrifs office which had me open a case in Canada in which we were told it was a civil matter and that there was nothing that could be done.According to my police officer here who opened the case per my request she was transfered all over the place as well with no resolve, i then phoned the sherrif's office again and was told no one was going to do any thing, as it was put buyer beware, but i was given the da's number which i will try tomorow.
