Home support options for daily eating and nutrition
Recently I’ve been trying to figure out how to help my mother with her meals, because she has been struggling to keep up with cooking and even staying hydrated during the day, and it’s becoming clear that her energy levels drop quickly when she doesn’t eat regularly. I want to support her without taking over everything, but it’s hard to know how much help she truly needs.
