Describe the transfer process at Lisbon Airport

So, I booked a single flight with a short layover—the time between flights is exactly 55 minutes. I’ve never flown with such a short layover before, so I want to assess the potential risks in advance. Both flights are operated by the same airline, but I’m concerned about the timing. If the first flight arrives slightly late, will I have enough time to make it to the next boarding gate?

Will I need to leave the transit area, pick up my suitcase, and recheck it at the counter? Or, if I have a through ticket, is my luggage automatically transferred between flights? I'm worried that there might not be enough time to transfer my luggage to the second flight.

The standard interval for connecting flights is a 55-minute layover, as specified by the reservation system. If you have a through ticket, your luggage will be checked through to your final destination. Therefore, you do not need to go to the general arrivals area. After exiting the plane, follow the signs marked transfers. See the description of Lisbon Airport . In short, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to most boarding gates. If your first flight arrives on time, you’ll have plenty of time to make your next connection. Which service did you use to book your tickets?
