Oil pressure problem
 

I have a 86 sbc 350 bored .060 rv cam double hump heads that I can't keep from blowing oil filter gasket out at start up. Any suggestions on why this is happening. It has 80psi pressure on manual gauge. Every time I start it it bows seal and dumps oil out can't even let it idle please help thanks in advance
