Why yes I do know what those are. What the FACTS are telling me is that if he did send those parts that he would have gotten scammed out of money and parts by YOU. So you tell me who the scammer is?? Oh wait I already know your answer and that is Kentucky Speed and Performance. Honestly I think him not sending the parts was a good thing.

Bottomline is, you dont take money for parts with no intentions of shipping...its that simple....

He only failed to ship after knowing that you were going to back draw the money and keep both. He has prooved that he is paying back paypal the money that was returned to you.

If I understand it right, you filed before a package could even get to you anyway, and thats why he never shipped them.
