Mainline Dynolog chassis dynometer. 1200P ultra low friction dual eddy-current. New in the winter of 2015. Never moved after initial installation. Currently in storage at my residence since June 2023. 100% ownership=simple transaction. Easy to install - only requires 4 lugs into concrete on rear cell. Selling because I'm bored and moving on - building rockets now.
Included: Front + rear cells. Mid automatic adjustment section, pair of foldable aluminum ramps, drive-over plates, main control locking cabinet w/ computer and dual monitors, color printer, wireless keyboard, dyno controller, LSU 4.9 lambda controller, + spare sensors, tail pipe adaptor, auxiliary probe leads, weather station, tie down straps, load hooks, assorted bungies, battery earthing cable, workshop signage, traction bar, probably more I'm forgetting.
In my opinion the best load-and-go dyno on the market. TONS of expansion and upgrades, available interfaces for direct link to aftermarket ECMs, as well as OBD and CANBUS readouts from vehicle.
Requires 3-phase 30AMP service.
Cost for this dyno new and delivered to the US is approximately $105,000
Pros: 1) ready to install. just move it in, bolt it up and power it. - You can be tuning in minutes.
Cons: 1) Secondary pickup broken, must use tire ratio just like you would a diesel. Or use OBD link (new pickup is about $250+shipping from AUS)
2) Cell fan control inop - requires power module to be sent out to mainline. (diagnostics via phone yield no clear cause). dyno still functions with no problem - been using as is for about 3 years. - Rep from mainline assured me issue from cooling the cell would only arise if in load-control on a hot day for several hours at a time. I can provide all communications if desired.
3) Annual maintenance due - last performed December 2021. - (minor cleaning and lube up bearings). - I will perform this task once sale is finalized and dyno is ready for transport.
Transportation: Both cells fit on a 14ft drop deck trailer. Two trips with this type of trailer and a 3/4 ton truck will move it on the cheap. Or rent a forklift and a 20ft flatbed for a single trip. Cabinet can be broken down further than pictured as the monitors make it pretty wide. Cabinet is pretty heavy ~250lbs.
I prefer wire transfer due to amount. Escrow is OK at your cost. No trades.
