632 Tall Deck Blown Alcohol Engine, 2000+HP, ready for racing. This engine is brand new and professionally built with the best of everything. The block is a Dart Big M Billet Cap Race block, fully race prepped, at a 4.600" bore, stainless steel O-Rings in block, .904" lifter bores, coated cam bearings with a Raised Cam location and ARP Main Studs. Crankshaft is a Callies Magnum Ultra XL, Rods are Callies Ultra H with Timken Cap Screws, Pistons are Custom JE Big Chief Pistons with vertical gas porting, shirt coating, detonation coating, severe duty H13 tool steel pins, and with file fit Total Seal Supercharged Race Rings. Rotating kit balanced internal to true zero (.00/.00 left/right), 29.2 SFSI flex plate with a start date of August 2020, Pro Billet Blower drive support hub on front. Short block assembled to exact tolerances with Callies coated Main and Rod Bearings Std/Std, Moroso Pro Race Aluminum Billet adjustable Oil Pump, ARP oil pump drive shaft, billet pickup and Moroso Aluminum drag pan, 8qt for wet sump (block is setup for wet or dry sump). Camshaft is a custom grind 4/7 swap billet Comp Cams Mechanical Roller and was spec'd specifically for this motor. Milodon Pro Series camshaft gear drive with drive snout for Enderle Alcohol pump, custom billet lower blower crank support system with outer bearing, MSD Blower hub crank trigger system fully setup, Front dual drive for Enderle Race Alcohol pump, return/bypass/shut off/lines/filter/fittings all included, front drive and MSD CDI 6000 (individual coil pack race ignition system, MSD Pro Race Ignition Coils, MSD Boost controller w/port in intake and fittings, Full MSD Grid system and controller, with 11mm Moroso race wires. Lifters are Crower .904 Hippo pin oiling race lifters with .150" intake offsets for Big Duke/Big Chief heads, Manton Salt treated push rods (custom), Jesel Pro Series Shaft Rockers. Cylinder heads are Brodix Big Duke/Big Chief 18 degree 2181003SSCC with custom port work and assembly/setup performed by Reher Morrison, heads have receiver groove for O-Ring block, titanium intake valves and Inconel Exhaust valves, PAC springs, setup for .856" lift, 2.450" Intake/1.900" Exhaust, best of everything put into these heads. SCE Copper head gaskets with ARP Pro Series 12 point 280,000lb Head Studs, 12 torques over two days. Intake manifold is a custom built intake by Indy Cylinder heads for the front discharge (Pie) V-Shaped. TBS "The Blower Shop" Hi Helix 200 rotor 14-71 super charger, with blow out plate (new with new cert), intake port matched perfectly to cylinder heads, front water ports added, top of the line custom intake with direct port alcohol injection as well as top end injection at the blower, so alcohol injection charge at top end of blower (with two lines to col the blower plate) and the direct port on the manifold itself. The blower is from The Blower Shop (TBS) and spec’d by Good Vibrations custom built 200 rotor High Helix 14-71 alcohol blower, billet polished, and entire fuel system lines/pills/bypass/ top hat/fuel valves setup by Good Vibrations out of California. Billet Oil pump drive plug in rear with cam sensor for CDI6000 ignition system, SFSI blower strap kit with complete setup, Full package of pills and spring for injectors and bypass valves. Big plate billet polished Enderle top hat with port injection, all fuel system completely setup and ready to go. CVR 5hp mini starter offset to fit custom Moroso oil pan, 8mm blower drive system with billet pulleys and big rib drive belt, polished belt guard, full blower dive system setup. This engine is spec'd at 14.3:1 compression running on alcohol with 23pds boost at current blower drive ratio. The motor will make in excess of 2000+hp and can vary on boost level as desired by changing drive ratio and subsequent tuning of injection system/pills. Custom welded Big Chief valve covers, full throttle linkage, and fuel system extra's included. Complete Accusump system and System 1 external oil filter with clear glass top.
