453 hp @ 5400 RPM / 512ft lbs tq @ 3800 RPM
• Block – GM MK IV Casting 14015445 – hot tanked and shot peened, checked for cracks, new cam bearings and brass freeze out plugs. Fresh hone, standard bore, deck height checked, align honed
• Heads – 990 steel castings rectangle port heads – 2.19 /1.88 valves. Cleaned, magnafluxed, checked for straightness, valve job. New Crane NOS springs 99893-16, new rubber/metal valve cover gaskets, factory steel rockers 1.7 ratio. 3/8 pushrods. Fel-Pro blue Perma-Torque head gaskets. New steel chrome valve covers, new valve cover studs/nuts/washers
• Intake Manifold – GM Winters 3933163 vintage single plane manifold, new water outlet, new 180 degree high flow thermostat
• Carb – Rebuilt Holley 4781-2 – 850 mechanical secondaries / manual choke, new Carter mechanical fuel pump, new Edelbrock Proflo 1000 air cleaner
• Crank Factory Steel GM 7416 forged casting polished STD/STD – new Clevite CL77 main (MS 829 H) and rods bearings (CB 743 HN)
• Pistons – GM forged dome pistons PN 3999295 about 9.1 compression ratio with these 990 heads, new Sealed Power/Speed Pro Rings R-9905
• Rods – Factory GM 7/16 rods, pressed pin
• Camshaft – NOS Crane 969961 – replacement for GM 3863143 LS6 solid mechanical flat tappet, Lifters – NOS Crane 99250-16 flat tappet, 3/8 pushrods. New double roller timing chain set
• Accel Reman HEI distributor (#59107) HEI distributor, new 8 MM spark plug wires, new NGK V Power plugs
• New aftermarket “Camaro” style oil pan with Fel-Pro Blue re-usable gasket, new Melling M77HV oil pump with welded pickup, new dip stick/tube
• New Gates water pump 44027, GM water pump pulley 351680 AA
• Rebuilt alternator – 63 Amp internal regulator
• Rebuilt AC Delco A/C Compressor PN 15-20515 w factory GM brackets
• Rebuilt banjo style power steering pump, GM P/S pulley 3941107DE
