Up for sale is a 1990 Ford Mustang road race car roller. No engine or transmission included, but the car is currently set up for a Small Block Ford combination.
This is not your average Foxbody build. The car was built with high-end components throughout and no expense spared. Suspension is a full Griggs GR40 setup featuring SLA front suspension, torque arm rear suspension with watts link, double adjustable coilovers, and billet front spindles. Braking is handled by massive 15” Baer/Kenny Brown brakes on all four corners.
The car also features:
Custom stainless long tube headers with Dr. Gas boom tubes
Built 8.8 rear axle with Wavetrac differential
Full roll cage
OMP race seat
Removable steering wheel
Fire suppression system
Fuel Safe 15-gallon fuel cell
Tilton pedal assembly
Full custom removable fiberglass front clip
Carbon fiber front splitter
G-Stream carbon fiber rear spoiler
Lexan windows
Included with the sale are two sets of Signature wheels. The car is currently pictured with 18x10 fronts and 18x12 rears. But, typically ran a square setup of 18x12 wheels with 335 tires on all four corners.
This car was primarily used for open track days at Road America and ran a best lap time of 2:26 with a 600HP 363 SBF combination.
This is truly a one-of-a-kind build with incredible attention to detail throughout — down to titanium lug nuts. Reproducing a car like this today would exceed $80,000 in parts alone.
An absolutely serious track weapon with endless potential. Drop in your engine/transmission combo and go dominate the field.
