With a clean CarFax, T-tops, cold A/C, and a 5.7L V8 from the factory, this 1988 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z is ready to go!
With 96,275 Camaro's rolling out of the Van Nuys assembly plant in 1988, this IROC-Z Coupe is 1 of just 12,116 that left with the 5.7L 350CID V8. With the RPO sticker still in the center console, the "B2L" code helps verify that. The 230hp power plant is paired to the 700R4 automatic. Further enhancing the IROC-Z models was a special performance suspension which included modified steering gear, strut towers and cowl braces.
The exterior is wrapped in the always attention-grabbing Black that is worn so well on these body styles. IROC-Z's had the same ground effects as sports coupes but the IROC's were painted body-color. Silver "IROC-Z" lettering adds to the effect and "QDZ" 16" optional wheels complete the look.
The interior is mostly original. A power driver seat gives ample adjustment. A full gauge package was standard and IROC's received special 145-MPH speedometers. Cold A/C, power windows, power locks, remote mirrors, tilt steering, remote hatch release, t-tops, 16" alloy wheels, radial tires, power seat, power steering, and power brakes round out the options list.
This Camaro has a clean CarFax and a clean and clear Florida title.
