For sale is my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 with under 30,000 miles, featuring a professionally built, supercharged 6.1L HEMI V8.
This is not your typical SRT8. The engine was professionally built by a performance company in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a serious high-horsepower setup. I have paperwork showing approximately $16,000 invested in the supercharger installation alone.
The engine was represented as being capable of approximately 1,000 horsepower at the rear wheels. The transmission has also been upgraded to handle the additional horsepower. The rear differential is currently stock.
The car is currently not running, but it is close to being completed and running. I want to be completely upfront about its current condition so buyers know exactly what they are looking at. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands high-performance Mopar builds and wants a low-mileage SRT8 with much of the expensive performance work already completed.
The previous owner removed the windshield-wiper assembly to create the necessary clearance for the supercharger setup. A buyer may want to modify or redesign the wiper setup depending on how the car will be used.
A new hood and new front bumper are being ordered for the car and will replace the existing pieces.
