The short block starts with a Dart SHP Pro LS Next block and our precision CNC finish machining. The rotating assembly combines a Callies' Magnum center counter-weighted crank with their Ultra I-beam rods topped with custom Diamond pistons. The crank's 4 inch stroke yields 427 cubic inches displacement. Aluminum rods are an available option.
Both wet and dry sump systems are available with dry sump preferred. A GM F-Body oil pan is standard but the correct wet sump pan will be chosen to your vehicle needs. A Dailey 6-Stage dry sump however is the best choice to lubricate your engine and turbos under the full range of conditions.
We strengthen and stabilize the hydraulic roller valve train with COMP BSR shaft rockers. All Pro cylinder heads with our CNC porting and valve job machining provide unrivaled strength and performance.
Our custom billet intake manifold comes standard in a black anodized finish. Its low profile allows it to fit under a C7 Corvette hood and is it a looker! We have a range of other great intake manifold options available such as the purely functional elbow intake to the automotive jewelry of the included billet low-rise intake. A Holley Hi-Ram with built in liquid-to-air intercooler is a great choice for running gasoline. Talking about fuels, we can provide 16 injector designs to give wide flexibility in fuels with tunes and fuel injectors to match.
The 94mm large-frame Bullseye NLX turbo is a full ball bearing design - no thrust bearings, no journal bearings. The patented high-efficiency compressor blade design and tuneable compressor cover cannot be copied by Bullseye's competitors. Did I mention these turbos are manufactured in the USA?
The standard engine management system is built around a FuelTech 550. These units are built for motorsports. The powerful ECU and data logging is integrated into the waterproof display. The wiring harness is far more robust than a typical sportsman grade harness. Besides having a great product line, FuelTech is also famous for its customer support.

1. These engines are not pollution compliant and are intended for transportation use only in pre-pollution controlled vehicles.
2. All BRE engines are individually dyno tested and tuned. Customers will be supplied with video of their engine's dyno, along with the dyno and build sheets.
3. Dyno results on the same engine are influenced by atmospheric conditions. The same engine can easily test +/- 2% different on horsepower depending upon ambient conditions. The engine you receive will have completed its dyno session at no less than 98% of rated horsepower with the tune we provide.
4. The photos representing our engine designs show a variety of customized builds and also reflect its design evolution. As such, there may be some differences in appearance and parts from what is shown in some of the pictures and videos.
